Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team at Vodacom Group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify ways to improve our products and services - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are making the most out of our services - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and efficient manner


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
