Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Travel to customer sites as required to conduct in-person meetings and presentations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and passionate attitude - Leadership and emotional intelligence skills
