Customer Success Representative

Gold Fields is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as resilience and hardworking, as well as soft skills in decision-making and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. 3. Solve customer issues and address concerns in a timely and effective manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive retention. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
