Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team at Mondi Group. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns - Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive communication - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed customer success KPIs and targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for customer service - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
