Job Description:
Sasfin Bank is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products to their full potential and address any potential issues before they escalate. - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and marketing to ensure customer needs are being met. - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance on how to use our products effectively. - Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions for product enhancements. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or finance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience with project management is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
