Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong soft skills in innovation and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies for customer success - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Prior experience in the mining industry is a plus
