Remote Customer Success Representative

Telkom SA is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering top-notch support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support. 2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training on our products and services. 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
