Distell Group is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products effectively - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovation and strategic planning skills
