Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Barloworld is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to work from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat communications. 2. Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Monitor customer feedback and trends to proactively address any potential issues. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a flexible work environment. 5. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
