Job Description:
Clicks Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements. 7. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the initial setup process. 8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and hardworking attitude. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
