Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Specialist at Sanlam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and goals, and work proactively to help them achieve success. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing them with support, guidance, and solutions to any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Understand the needs and goals of each customer and provide personalized support - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance, answer questions, and provide guidance - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Reliability and trustworthiness - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software is a plus
