Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


MTN South Africa is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the main point of contact for customers - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products or services - Understand customer needs and provide solutions or suggestions to enhance their experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address issues, and share product updates - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and support to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer usage data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver effective presentations and training sessions to educate customers on our products or services - Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues through email, phone, or chat


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Proficient in negotiation skills and delivering effective presentations - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate time zone differences
