Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate, motivated, and have a strong attention to detail and decision-making skills. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by proactively engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing support.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support. 2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
