Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

FirstRand is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a work from home position in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product features and functionality. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience. - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong persuasion and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Experience in customer service or a related field preferred. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
