Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

The Foschini Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level role with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers 4. Processing orders and returns accurately 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Assisting with special projects as assigned

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 3 years of customer service experience 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Strong attention to detail 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently 6. Creativity and critical thinking skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 8. Experience with CRM software is a plus
