Job Description:
Distell Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Provide support for product inquiries, order processing, and general customer service tasks - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer support team
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
