Job Description:
Sasol is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
