Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Discovery Limited is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with other teams to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures. 6. Assist in training new customer support team members. 7. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. 7. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
