Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role is required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude - Adaptability and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of fashion retail industry is a plus
