Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, energetic, and possess excellent negotiation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and empathetic manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be confident, energetic, and possess strong negotiation and cooperation skills
