Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


MTN Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and billing questions. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Resilient and driven personality. 7. Decision-making and strategic planning skills.
