Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


The Foschini Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Providing customers with product information and assistance with placing orders - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience


Requirements: - At least 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
