Job Description:
Sanlam is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a strong ability to adapt to various situations.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support role - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Excellent problem-solving skills - Adaptable and energetic personality - Proficient in planning and leadership skills - Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
