Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to customer service. 5. Must be motivated to exceed customer expectations and go above and beyond. 6. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
