Job Description:
As a Customer Support Associate at Bidvest Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, or live chat. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as updating customer account information as needed.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Provide product and service information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Research required information using available resources - Process orders, forms, and applications - Follow up on customer interactions - Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Resourceful and reliable - Attention to detail and creativity - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to handle stressful situations effectively - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
