Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team at Woolworths Holdings. This is a work from home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, with part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage customer inquiries effectively - Demonstrate emotional intelligence while interacting with customers to provide a positive experience - Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer support goals - Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in training and ongoing development to enhance customer service skills - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment


Requirements: - Adaptability and passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - High emotional intelligence to engage with customers in a positive manner - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is an advantage
