Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Gold Fields is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate customer support metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings, and implement improvements as necessary - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to customer support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve department performance


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
