Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Telkom SA is seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives. 2. Oversee daily operations and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the customer support team. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
