Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description: Vodacom Group is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement - Resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for customer support staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive collaboration and success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Energetic and passionate individual with strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems
