Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team at FirstRand. This position will be remote-based, allowing you to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer support management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
