Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Manager to join our team remotely from Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new team members to uphold company standards. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a customer support team for at least 7 years. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 8. Strong cooperation skills.
