Job Description:
Adcock Ingram is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles, the ideal candidate will be confident and resilient in handling customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies and procedures. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support or a related role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism. 5. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
