Job Description - Customer Support Officer

The Foschini Group is seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Persuasive skills to confidently address customer concerns and upsell products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
