Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Adcock Ingram is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations 5. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing 6. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer support processes


Requirements: 1. Motivated and adaptable personality traits 2. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well with others 3. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 7. High school diploma or equivalent
