Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to the overall success of the customer support team by meeting and exceeding performance goals - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Resilient and motivated personality - Strong planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Must be able to work part-time hours
