Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Tiger Brands is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and technical support. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams within the company. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Resourceful and resilient attitude when handling difficult situations. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic understanding of project management principles. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
