Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

MMI Holdings, a leading financial services company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Follow company policies and procedures to uphold customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proven experience in project management and working effectively in a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work independently and remotely from home - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
