Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Kumba Iron Ore is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to negotiate and solve problems - Strong adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
