Liberty Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate for this role must be adaptable and reliable, with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing product information and technical support to customers 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction 6. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience 7. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred 6. Adaptable and reliable personality traits 7. Attention to detail and critical thinking soft skills
