Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Anglo American Platinum in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist with placing orders - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure follow-up on resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of customer service best practices and CRM systems - Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
