Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Gold Fields is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position that does not require any previous experience. We are looking for individuals who are confident, driven, and possess excellent communication and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency - Update customer records and information in the company database - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
