Job Description:
Nedbank Group is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing customer orders and payments - Escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
