Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary skills to excel in a work-from-home environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of Pick n Pay Stores products and services.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Resilient and able to adapt to changing situations. 4. Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members. 6. Proficient in conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Experience using customer support software is a plus. 8. Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access. 9. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
