Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Massmart Holdings. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company - Create and deliver presentations to customers when necessary - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes - Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills


Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively - Proficient in using technology and quickly learn new software tools - Prior experience in a customer support role preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
