Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Multichoice Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Experience in project management is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
