Shoprite Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Processing customer orders and providing information on product availability, pricing, and promotions - Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex customer issues as needed - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
