Sasfin Bank is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on products and services.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Driven personality with a strong work ethic. - Independent and able to work effectively from a remote location. - Excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
