Job Description:
As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through live chat. This part-time position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, offers an opportunity for individuals with at least 3 years of experience to showcase their customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and any other queries they may have. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance customer service efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and understand their needs. 4. Reliable and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 6. Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
