Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat communication 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and reach satisfactory resolutions 4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience 6. Meet established performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction 7. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role 2. Motivated and independent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment 3. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail 4. Excellent written communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 6. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other technology tools 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with potential for evening or weekend shifts
