Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Mr Price Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a member of the live chat team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through live chat. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Conduct research to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 5. Energetic and proactive attitude towards customer service. 6. Ability to conduct research and engage in strategic planning to improve customer interactions.
